I'm honored to have the opportunity to witness and contribute to my clients’ journeys, and appreciate the alignment between coaching individuals, couples and teams, and my life purpose of "softly and insistently reminding myself and others 'yes you can'".

Mary Ellen PhotographMary Ellen Sanajko

From her childhood dream of owning a bank – yes, owning a bank – Mary Ellen has had a deep-seated love for all things business. While, sadly, her name is not currently over the door of any financial establishments, her genuine, insatiable curiousity for plotting, planning, and crunching lives on.

Why on earth would one so in touch with her inner executive ever leave the corporate world? Even while enjoying a successful 19-year corporate career, Mary Ellen knew there was something more she needed to do, something else she was to experience.

Her epiphany came in 2002 – Mary Ellen would focus on helping company leaders, emerging executives, and corporate teams not only reach for the stars but actually take the space shuttle for a spin!

So, Mary Ellen brought her lightening-sharp wit, great sense of humour, and extensive business experience to the coaching world. She truly is creativity, analytics, and insight wrapped into one package. Constantly calling her clients forward with an energetic and engaging approach, Mary Ellen reminds them of all they can be. No one gets to play small. In return, clients accomplish more than they ever dreamed.

Of course, Mary Ellen has all the credentials. In addition to her MBA, she has trained with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and received certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also certified in Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), the first ever ICF-approved team coach certification; a practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP); and a certified leader of the “Caring for Your Soul in Matters of Money®” workshop.

Outside of Mary Ellen’s professional life, the eclecticism continues. She is a real estate investor, past board member for a $15 million nonprofit, marathon runner, gardener, somewhat obsessed cookie hobbyist, and mother of two terrific young girls plus a very silly black Lab.
